Aevan Inc is a California-based software development company that designs, builds, and supports digital products for organizations with complex operational needs.
Our work includes custom applications, integrations, websites, cloud infrastructure, and the systems that connect them. We have particular experience in healthcare, where reliability, usability, security, and continuity are essential.
We do more than build and launch software. We stay involved, support what we create, and continue improving it as our clients’ needs evolve.
Aevan Inc was founded in 2022 and is led by Chief Executive Officer Akhil Kohli.
How we work - Close to the people who use it.
The software we build is usually not optional for the people using it. A patient looking for a phone number, an applicant filling in a form, a member of staff doing the same task forty times a day — none of them chose the tool. That is the standard we try to work to.
- Build to hand over. Our clients should be able to change their own content, and to take the work elsewhere if they want to. We would rather be kept than depended on.
- Accessible by default. Keyboard and screen reader support, real contrast, and language options are part of building the thing, not a report produced after it ships.
- Stay for day two. Launch is the easy part. Backups, releases that do not take the site down, and knowing when something has broken are what keep a site working a year later.
